Reservations are on a first come first paid basis. Due to the limited number of spaces at each restaurant, participants are encouraged to indicate their 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices on the reservation form.
Full payment must be received no later than October 13, 2003. Please see the reservation form for more details.
Refunds:
Cancellations must be requested in writing and must be sent to Concierge Plus, Inc. Cancellations received at Concierge Plus, Inc., by October 20, 2003, will receive a full refund less a 20% administration fee. No-shows or
cancellations received after October 20, 2003, will not receive a refund.
Cancellations:
Concierge Plus, Inc., reserves the right to cancel any dine-around that does not reach the minimum number of people per restaurant. In the event a cancellation is necessary, full refunds will be made.
