Attire
Business-casual dress is recommended for the conference. Because meeting room temperatures can vary, we recommend that you bring a jacket or sweater.
Name Badges
Your name badge serves as your ticket and is required for admission to all conference functions, including meals, sessions and the evening networking event. Board members and trustees of foundations can be identified by conference ribbon.
Meeting Room Space
Seating in all conference sessions is first-come, first-served. Meeting room assignments are based on past session attendance. If a session is overcrowded, we regret the inconvenience and welcome your suggestions for future improvements.
Conference Handouts
You asked for a simple way to bring home session handouts; we have it! Session handouts are provided on CD-ROM on-site at the Conference Registration Desk. In addition, a COF Code will be e-mailed to you approximately one week before the conference to allow you to access preview or print session handouts before the conference via the Council's website.
Meals
Meals are included in your registration fee on the day(s) for which you have registered.
- Monday: Continental Breakfast and Lunch
- Tuesday: Continental Breakfast and Lunch
- Wednesday: Continental Breakfast and Lunch
There will be a limited number of extra meal tickets available at the Conference Registration Desk for individuals who are eligible for conference attendance.
