This year's conference will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, and sleeping rooms are available both there and Renaissance Harborplace Hotel. A Shuttle service will be available between the two hotels.

Hotel rooms are on a first-come-first served basis, and until 5:00 pm (EST) August 15 hotel rooms can only be reserved by registering for the conference.
After August 15th, please call the hotel directly to make your reservation. Please note the following information:
- All reservations require a first night's credit card deposit, refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- You will receive a confirmation directly from the hotel approximately ten days after receipt by the Council.
- Changes or cancellations to your room reservation prior to August 15 must be made in writing after you receive of your confirmation and should be emailed to confreg@cof.org or faxed to 202/785-3926. After August 15, please call the hotel directly to cancel your room or make changes.
