Ground TransportationTaxi fares from Pittsburgh International Airport to the hotels are approximately $35-40(each way). The commute from Pittsburgh International Airport to the hotels are approximately 30 minutes. EXPRESS SHUTTLE services all three conference hotels. Pick up is located at ground transportation at lower level baggage claim. When paying at the airport please have cash or a credit card available. When paying at the hotel, cash is the only form of payment accepted. The Council will provide every conference registrant with a CD-ROM containing references and resource material from conference sessions. You'll find the CD-ROM in the conference tote bag you receive during check-in at the registration desk. All registrants will also receive an e-mail approximately 10 days before the conference with the online location of the conference resource material. You may preview or print session information before the conference. MealsMeals are included in your registration fee for the day(s) for which you have registered. Sunday includes continental breakfast and lunch. Monday includes breakfast, lunch and the evening networking event. Tuesday includes a breakfast and lunch. There will be a limited number of extra meal tickets available at the registration desk for individuals who are eligible for conference attendance.
