The multiple registration discount is available to members of the Council. The first three full conference registrants must pay the FULL conference rate ($775). All additional full conference registrants from the same organization will receive the multiple registration rate of $675. All registration and payments must be received by December 16, 2005.
Philanthropic Advisors Network members in good standing are eligible for a special registration at the Council’s member rate. For more information, contact Johanna Van Dyke at 202/467-0466 or pan@cof.org.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fax your cancellation to 202/785-3926 or e-mail confreg@cof.org.
Fees will be assessed as follows:
Non-members must pay non-member registration fees. Pending membership applications or applications sent with the registration form do not qualify for registration at the member rate. If you pay the non-member fee for the conference and your Council membership is approved by December 31, 2005, the difference between member and non-member conference fees will be credited toward your organization’s dues payment.
